Did your company pay IEEPA tariffs? You may be owed a refund.

Importers of record can recover duties paid under the IEEPA tariffs. We check your entries, show you the estimate, and handle the claim; Contingency: 25% of amounts recovered up to $250,000 and 15% above, no upfront fee; small claims under $75,000 at a flat $1,000.

Get your estimate

We email you a private link to your estimate so you can come back to it. No fee is owed for checking. Public records only show ocean shipments. Air, truck and rail entries are not in them; your ACE ES-003 report covers every entry regardless of mode, so the upload is what gives the full picture.

How it works

  1. Estimate. Public import records give a first number; your ACE ES-003 entry report replaces it with the real one, entry by entry.
  2. Which entries, which path. Unliquidated entries go through your broker; finally liquidated ones are refunded only under a Court of International Trade order. We show you both lists.
  3. Engage. A short intake, conflicts check, and an engagement letter you sign electronically. CBP pays refunds directly to you.

The earliest deadline in this program is February 4, 2027.
